Domestic and Commercial Refurbishment
We provide a building alteration service for both domestic and commercial projects this includes structural designs such as extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, internal remodelling, refurbishment and wall removals.
Feasibility Reports & Planning Drawings
We provide a planning and feasibility service for residential schemes this includes initial feasibility drawings and final planning drawings. We can provide a full planning application service for schemes such as extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions.
Structural Inspections
We provide a structural inspection and investigation service. This includes visiting your property to diagnose structural defects such as cracking to walls or ceilings and deflections and movement of floors. We provide structural reports with recommendations to any remedial works. We also carry out structural condition surveys and reports.
